Water Damage in Myrtle Beach

Water Damage that affected 4 units in a condo complex from a broken pipe in the 4th floor unit. Water then ran down into the 3 units below it. These pictures illustrate the damage in the 1st floor units. Water was present all over the structure from floor to ceiling, including in all the bathrooms. The owner thought he would have to tear out and replace all of the flooring and drywall. Fortunately, we were able to save some of the flooring and walls. This was cost effective and less labor intensive then it would have been to remove everything in the house and install completely new items.
